Allora

Aestheticism is an intellectual and art movement supporting the emphasis of aesthetic value more than social- political themes for literature ,fine art, music and other arts. This meant that art from this particular movement focused more on being beautiful rather than having a deeper meaning. ‘Art for art’s sake.’ It suggests that surrounding one by beautiful things actually makes one a better artist, writer, poet and musician. Like living in a house where you can always hear the sea, because the waves sound beautiful to you, or in a cottage on the gentle slope of a hill because you like the song of all the birds who visit your window. It is in the small things like buying a vase because you think is pretty. Allora is a collection consisting of divine symbols and icons, nature, rustic portraits, motifs and designs all mixed up together in vivid colour, art for the sake of art.
